OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $150 (before tax). All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage, and processing times range from 1-5 days before shipping. Tracking information is available on your account order page.
Once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel or modify that order.
Any shipped order that is refused and returned will incur a 20% restocking fee.
OUR RETURN POLICY
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unworn and have original tags attached. Returns with a gift receipt will be eligible for a credit on an Abigail Collins Gift Card or for merchandise exchange.
Note: Gift Cards are non-returnable.
