Founder Favorites: The Pieces We Keep Reaching For
After months of designing, photo shoots, meetings, weekends away, and more football planning than we'd like to admit, we've noticed something. We keep packing the same pieces. Here's what's earned a permanent place in our closets, and our suitcases, even if we may style each of them a little bit differently.

The White Out Sweater & The Shacket
As a proud Penn State grad, I spent years searching for collegiate clothing that felt polished and flattering, and kept coming up short — cheaply made graphic tees, boxy hoodies, crop tops I have no business wearing at 46. So Abby and I decided to build it ourselves: timeless, flattering pieces every alumna would be proud to wear. That's how Abigail Collins came to be. There are a handful of pieces in my closet I reach for again and again — the ones that make getting dressed easy, that get packed first for a weekend away, and somehow end up worn the most.

The Penn State Scarf & The Rugby Pull Over
I didn't go to Penn State, but I now joke that I married into it. What I set out to do was elevate collegiate clothing so it feels like something women actually want to wear. That's the whole idea behind Abigail Collins. Every piece we create is designed with intention: the fit, the hemlines, the fabric weight, and exactly where the line is between oversized and frumpy. These are the pieces I actually wear on repeat. Not because I bleed blue, but because they feel just as good as they look. Consider this your everyday-to-game-day styling guide for the season ahead.

THE ONE WE BOTH LOVE
The Stripe Button Up
We've twinned before. Now there's a standing rule: before any event, we text each other, "Who’s wearing the Stripe Button Up?!"
ABBY’S TAKE: "There's no question, this is my most worn piece. It's a classic with a twist. I can't get over the cut on this one: Longer than your average button up, finished with our signature baseball hem. I’ve been sizing up to a large lately for an oversized, effortless look."
KATIES TAKE: "There's a reason this one is always packed first. Thrown over a tank, tied around my shoulders, layered under a sweater, or worn on its own, it's one of the hardest-working pieces in my closet."
Two founders. Two different closets. Same favorite shirt.

Abigail Collins started with a simple idea: collegiate style should fit seamlessly into your wardrobe, and your lifestyle. These are exactly the kinds of pieces we set out to create, and the ones Katie and I wear on repeat. Thanks for letting us share them with yours.![]()
